This is DC Power Supply Module designed for small electronics projects.  It would work with excellently with Arduino PIC AVR and related applications.  This module will accept between 6V and 12V DC via the DC jack.  It includes a step down buck converter which simultaneously outputs 3.3V, 5V, and the same voltage as the DC input.  If the input voltage is 12V, the third output voltage will be 12V.  This module includes an integrated on/off button.  This module is capable of outputting up to 800ma.
