This is a DC jack breakout module.  It accepts DC plugs measuring 2.1 x 5.5mm.  Most 2.5 x 5.5mm DC jacks should fit as well.  It includes a 4 pin header with two positive pins and two negative pins.  It also includes and LED to indicate voltage is present.  This is a great module to easily add a power jack to your project.
